Spreenkler is excited to host the 40+ teachers who will be working in the Milwaukee region over the next 2 years from Teach for America. Teach for America is an organization that aims to eliminate educational inequity and provide a solid education for each and every child in America. The organization recruits recent college graduates and working professionals to commit to 2 years of teaching in urban and rural areas throughout the U.S.
You will be able to welcome and speak to the teachers at our August meetup and hear about their plans for the Milwaukee region.
A big thanks goes out to Inland Seas High School for hosting our August meetup.
Inland Seas is a charter high school focused on project based learning, where there is a expeditionary focus throughout their curriculum promoting leadership and team building through hands on experience.
